Theria Health: Returns and Refunds

  • Can I return my products?

    YES. However TheriaHealth operates as a low-cost alternative healthcare products vendor in coordination with FDA registered manufacturers. Due to this classificaiton TheriaHealth only offers refunds on applicable products within 14 days of order receipt, with a order reversal and resupply fee of 20%.

    An EXTENDED PRODUCT WARRANTY may be available on some products, extending this return period or possibly negating applicable return costs.

  • Why does it cost to return?

    Each product return is mandated by FDA regulations to be returned directly to manufacturer for product recovery and refurbishment.

    TheriaHealth DOES NOT offer replacement or refurbishment on products. Because TheriaHealth negotiates the lowest cost and offers excellent shipping options, this order return fee is the minimum TheriaHeath can charge to maintain continued service and product cost goals.

    If you are having trouble using your product and expect to return without a fee, it is recommended you contact the manufacturer for tips and procedures to make product use simpler and more effective.

  • My product is damaged or not working. What do I do?

    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately for any damage upon delivery. For orders within the 14-day return period, we will work with you to return or replace the non-functioning item.
